Bent Dalager is Partner, Nordic Head of NewTech, Head of Innovation and Global Head of KPMG Quantum hub. KPMG NewTech provides advanced AI solutions to a wide range of large Danish companies, as well as quantum technology to a global market. Bent is an executive advisor for CxOs and boards and also works closely together with the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) in the AI area. Bent holds a Master's degree in computer science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
Having worked in-depth with AI, he is concerned about the ethical aspects of AI and about ensuring that these technologies are implemented for the common good. He has been appointed a digital wise person by the Academy of Technical Sciences and has created the professional ethical council. He has also co-founded the Danish Quantum Community. On top of this, he is chairman of IT Branchen’s NewTech policy board. and sits on the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s Fintech Advisor group. Finally, he is also external lecturer on AI and digitalisation at CBS Board Education and at INSEAD Executive MBA.
