Alo Aasma is the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture, responsible for areas such as risk management, including food security, local governments, and public transport. Previously, Alo has led an export-oriented machinery industry company and has served as both a mayor and a county governor. He has also been a member of the management bodies of various companies and foundations. Alo Aasma holds a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tartu.
