Tarmo Toiger is a Partner at KPMG Baltics and Head of Management Consulting and Technology. He is an experienced IT and business analysis expert with more than twenty years of experience advising large organizations and leading complex IT development and digital transformation projects across both the public and private sectors. His core areas of expertise include IT strategy and governance, business process optimization, risk management, implementation of data analytics solutions, and delivery of large-scale technology projects.
Throughout his career, Tarmo has helped organizations improve operational efficiency, drive digital transformation, and implement data-driven decision-making models. He has extensive experience in the selection, requirements analysis, and implementation of data analytics platforms and fraud detection systems.
Before joining KPMG, Tarmo worked at the SAS Institute headquarters in the United States, where he advised international clients on data analytics and data warehousing projects. He also led EY’s business consulting practice and managed large-scale IT development and analytics initiatives. At IBM’s Helsinki and Tallinn offices, he was responsible for leading major software development projects.
